• Technical writing: Editor/writer with 16 years experience designing solutions and writing persuasive articles and technical documents. Also designed and presented technical courses for students, professionals and management users.

• Journalism: Editor/reporter with proven track record in business journalism. Addresses complex issues with easily understood articles regarding construction, business, government, economics and investments. Creates accompanying photos and graphics. Won two international awards for articles written as a business journalist.

• Government relations: Researched complex regulation issues, and then wrote persuasive articles and technical documents. Used these materials to negotiate resolution and secure regulatory approval. Achieved a success rate of more than 90 percent.  Also helped write regulations and facilitated uniform enforcement.
